Oasis Cubes are a commercially available solution for starting cuttings and seeds as well as indoor plant growth. They are made of foam and are totally inert, meaning they have no effect on the pH of the environment.
Our oasis foam sheets (containing 156 cubes each) are made of a lower-density, higher-drainage foam that aids in maintaining an ideal air-to-water balance even when watering is hard. The improved drainage also helps to keep the top of the foam dry, which helps to reduce algal growth. Each sheet is pre-scored to make it simple to separate a single cube or a group of cubes.
