In the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) a very shallow stream of water containing all the dissolved nutrients required for plant growth is re-circulated past the bare roots of plants in a watertight gully, also known as NFT channels. Our NFT channels are double-layered, openable channels that are made from lead-free unplasticized rigid PVC (food grade) material. The channel is made up of two parts: a base channel and an openable lid that allows for quick cleaning and sterilisation between crop cycles.
Tip – 100x50mm channels are suitable for leafy vegetables, herbs and are most suitable with 2x2inch net pots, while 100x80mm channels are suitable for leafy, as well as fruiting vegetables with 3x3inch net pots.
Note – The length of our NFT channel is 3 meter, thus they are shipped via Cargo Companies (warehouse to warehouse delivery). The shipping charges are not included in the final price you pay, it will be at actuals as per delivery location and the quantity.
